It details the mental anguish of a man whom has always been told he looks like a certain celebrity, and the subsequent effects on his behavior and identity. After he inadvertently allows a young woman he's fallen for to believe he really is that celebrity, his aching desire, in conjunction with his ample knowledge of Lolita, incite him to go on the run. While in hiding, he writes a letter to his famous doppelgänger with a desperate and quite unorthodox plea.
